Exhibit the highest degree of professionalism for online companies;
 2) Provide visible evidence on the Web site that the customer comes first - including strict professional courtesy at all times;
 3) Provide complete contact information;
 4) Provide all types of industry appropriate payment options through secure payment processors;
 5) Provide a Privacy Statement clearly informing all customers what use is made of visitor information;
 6) Use only "Terms and Conditions" which give protection for the customer as well as for the company;
 7) Use only "Statements of Policy" which are clear, concise and straightforward;
 8) Refrain from the use of unsolicited commercial bulk email (UCE) for any marketing purpose;
 9) Comply with local laws regarding business practices; comply with all regulations prohibiting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; avoid illegal activities, or any violation of intellectual property rights; provide web sites free from pornography and violence;
10) Strictly adhere to all U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, since anyone selling anything to a U.S. customer is required to follow FTC rules.
